ASIO KIDS are two producers based in Munich and NYC. The first Asio Kids journey began in february 2002 with a trip to New York City, their backpack being stuffed with 2 powerbooks, a taped-up handmade microphone case and a box full of cables. they also carried a file of freshly brewed beats on harddrive with them. Producers whose beats are more avant-garde than those of the Asio Kids with their old-fashioned love for analog real sounds. But like an old master who had no idea of Hip Hop but of all other things said: The most innovative servants shall be those who know the old and love to transfer it to the new.
